Food for Health
Although, food is very irresistible and uncontrollable when it is damn tasty, yet, we need to disparage ourselves from eating any kind of food we like. This is because even if the food is tasty, it need not necessarily be good for health. Health point of view, one should take care of himself as it is said that health is wealth. If our health is not good, then we could not satisfy ourselves by eating great tasty food too. So, we should first only take precautions as they say precaution is the best cure. So, one should avoid eating all the time tasty food because most of the time tasty food is a bit unhealthy for our immune system. It should indeed be taken seriously as health is the most important part of our life.
Research itself gives the proof that good eating habits promote good health and energy in our life. Foods which contain vital nutrients that aid out body’s metabolic functions. On the contrary, if one does not get the required nutrients in his body or he gets all kinds of wrong food, then it will surely lead to an accumulation of toxins within the body due to which there are good number of chances of chronic diseases attacking the body system in the long run. Health Body Mass index is being maintained if one contains the required nutrition contents. Good nutritious food also ensures victory over deadly diseases like diabetes, cancer, cardio vascular ailments, osteoporosis and stroke. So, a nutritious diet helps in cure and prevention of many diseases, thus accompanying the apple in keeping the doctor away for that matter. Since, no single food content can provide the essential nutrients; it is important that we arrange systematically various food groups and have them accordingly.
Vegetables, fruits, cereals and pulses, poultry, fish and meat products and dairy are some of the very important food groups essential for the body system. If one contains a healthy mix and balance of these food groups, then vitamins, minerals and dietary fibers are guaranteed. It will ensure that one gets the required nutrients. Rather than the root cause of the disease, allopathic medicines cure the symptoms. So, one should indeed identify the root causes rather than gaining instant gratification. Root causes happen because of our wrong eating habits. Consuming a lot of oil is again one of the wrong eating habits. Consuming a lot of fat is again another form of wrong eating habit. One should eat out on a daily basis. Instead, one should cook at home and eat as home cooked food is the best. A good nutritious diet will help us restore the wholeness of mind and body, thus protecting us from our tensions and helping us feel a lot better. Feeling a lot better indirectly makes us do our day to day life activities properly irrespective of office work or house work. One food will be our medicine if we make the right choice by planning everything in the right way.
