Nutty Monkey 

Ingredients 

• 2 cups milk 
• 1 shot amaretto 
• 1 shot banana liquor 
• 1 shot light crème de cocoa  

Instructions: 

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in shaker with ice. 

Shake and pour into tall glass. 

Russian Tea 

Ingredients   

• 1 quart apple cider 
• 2 cups cranberry juice 
• 1/2 cup brown sugar 
• 1/4 tsp. all spice 
• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 
• 3 sticks cinnamon 
• 1 large orange cut into 1/8s (pierced with whole cloves)  

Instructions: Put above ingredients in a crock pot. Cook for one hour on high, then for four hours on low. 

Hot Feliz Navidad 

Ingredients 

• 5 oz. tomato juice 
• 1 oz. tequila 
• 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce 
• 1/8 tsp. horseradish sauce 
• 1/8 tsp. lime juice 
• 1 lime wheel (optional) 
• 1 small red chile pepper (optional) 
• splash of tabasco sauce (optional)  

Instructions: 

Put ice in a tall glass. 

Add tomato juice, tequila, worcestershire sauce, horseradish, lime juice and tabasco sauce. 

To garnish, cut a slit in the chile pepper and into the lime wheel and slide them on the rim of the glass. 

The Universe 

Ingredients 

• 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice 
• 1 oz. vodka 
• 1/2 oz. pistachio liqueur 
• 1/2 oz. midori melon liqueur 
• 1/2 oz lime juice  

Instructions: 

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. 

Pour into a wine glass and serve.

Tropical Tea 

Ingredients   

• 3 cups water 
• 4 family-sized tea bags 
• 1 1/4 cups sugar 
• 12 oz. can frozen lemonade 
• 6 oz. can pineapple juice  

Instructions: 

Pour the 3 cups of water into a teapot or pan and bring to a boil. 

Add in tea bags and let steep for a half hour. 

Pour into a gallon pitcher and add remaining ingredients. 

Top gallon pitcher with water and serve. 

Sunset Cooler Non-Alcoholic Punch 

Ingredients 

• 1 cup pineapple juice 
• 1 cup orange juice 
• 1/2 cup lemon juice 
• 1 liter ginger ale 
• mint sprigs or a fruit slices for garnish (optional)  

Instructions: 

Combine all above ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 

Garnish with fruit slices or mint sprigs. 

Watermelon Soda 

Ingredients 

• 8 cups watermelon (seeded) 
• 1 cup water 
• 1/3 cup sugar 
• 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 
• 4 cups club soda (chilled) 
• Lime slices for garnish (optional)  

Instructions: 

Combine 4 cups watermelon with ½ cup water and 1/6 cup sugar and thoroughly blend. 

Strain mixture into a larger container and repeat the process with the remaining watermelon, water and sugar. 

Add lime juice and stir. 

Refrigerate for about 4 hours, or until well chilled. 

When ready to serve, add in club soda and optionally garnish drinks with lime slices. 

Hot Buttered Rum 

Ingredients   

• 1 gallon apple cider 
• 1 stick butter 
• 2 tbsp. cinnamon 
• 1/2 tbsp. allspice 
• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 
• 2 cups Captain Morgan Spiced Rum 
• 1 cup Butterscotch Schnapps   

Instructions: 

Mix all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high until mixture becomes warm. 

Add orange and lemon slices, plus whole cinnamon sticks.  Add more or less liquor as desired. 

Remainders can be kept in the refrigerator and micro-waved when needed. 

Cotton Candy Martini 

Ingredients   

• 2 oz Cranberry Juice Cocktail 
• 1 oz X-Rated Fusion Liqueur 
• 1 oz Vodka 
• 1 Pack Pink Cotton Candy   

   

Instructions: Fill a shaker half way with crushed ice. 

Pour 1 ounce of X-Rated Fusion, 1 ounce of Vodka, and 2 ounces of cranberry cocktail juice together in the shaker and shake until chilled. Pull apart the cotton candy and put it in the glass. 

Pour the cocktail from the shaker into the glass and the cotton candy will melt giving the cocktail a sweet candy taste.

Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer

• 1 1/4 oz. light rum
• 1 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz. grenadine  

Mix the rum, lemon juice, and grenadine.

Add the ice cubes and fill a chilled highball glass with cranberry juice.

Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Frosty Noggin   

• 3 oz. egg nog
• 1 1/2 oz. rum 
• 3/4 oz. creme de cacao 
• 3 cups vanilla ice cream 

Blend ingredients until smooth and pour mixture into a parfait glass.

Top with whipped cream and decorate with a few drops of green creme de menthe.

Optinally garnish with rolled cookie.

Blonde Russian

• 2/3 oz. peach schnapps
• 2/3 oz. tia maria
• 2/3 oz. advocaat

Pour into a chilled shot glass the tia maria and schnapps first, then float the advocaat on top.

Apple Pie Shooter

• 1/2 oz. green sour puss
• 1/2 oz. butter ripple schnapps
• dash cinnamon

Pour the schnapps and sour puss into a chilled shot glass and top with a dash of cinnamon.

Brighton Punch

• 3/4 oz. blended whiskey
• 3/4 oz. cognac
• 3/4 oz. benedictine
• juice of 1/2 fresh orange
• juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
• club soda

Directions:

Shake all ingredients except club soda well with cracked ice and strain into a highball or collins glass filled with crushed ice.

Top with club soda and stir gently.

Serve with two short straws and a mini-kebab of orange and maraschino cherry.

Red Dog

• 2 oz. whiskey
• 1 1/2 oz. cranberry juice
• 1 1/2 oz. orange juice
• 1/2 oz. orange vodka
• ginger ale

Pour ingredients into a shaker.

Shake with cracked ice.

Pour into a highball glass with ice and fill with ginger ale.

Corkscrew

• 1 1/2 oz. rum
• 1/2 oz. peach flavored brandy
• 1/2 oz. dry vermouth

Combine all ingredients in a shaker.

Shake with cracked ice, then strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

Alternative ingredients

• 2 1/2 oz orange juice
• 2 1/2 oz lemon-lime soda
• 2 oz vodka

Electric Margarita

• 1 1/2 oz. tequila
• 1 oz. blue curacao liqueur
• 1/2 oz. sweetened lime juice

Pour all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Shake, then strain into a margarita glass and serve.

Hot Scotch Cocoa

• 1 oz. butterscotch schnapps
• 1 (1 oz.) envelope instant hot chocolate mix
• 1 cup hot milk

In a mug, dissolve hot chocolate mix with milk.  

Stir in butterscotch schnapps.

Cosmopolitan

• 1.5 oz. vodka
• 1/2 oz. cointreau
• 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
• 1 1/2 oz. cranberry juice
• 1 twist lime zest

Combine above ingredients into a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a lime twist.

Vodka Collins

• 2 oz. vodka
• 1 tbsp. powdered sugar
• 2 lemons  
   

Mix ingredients together then strain into a chilled glass. 

Fill with carbonated water and garnish with lime.
