Grilled Mahi Mahi Steaks
- 6 8-10 oz. mahi mahi steaks 3/4″ thick
- 1 cup Virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 whole lemon
Combine olive oil, garlic, salt and zest in flat pan.
Marinate steaks for 30 min, turning several times.
Place each side on a medium hot grill for 5-8 min.
Before serving “sprinkle” with juice of lemon.
